Marketing and Outreach Coordinator

Location: New Heaven Dive School, Chalok Ban Kao, Koh Tao, Suratthani, Thailand

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop current marketing mediums and create new and creative marketing and outreach methods and materials.
• Network and communicate with potential partners and students to the program
• Update website and social media pages regularly
• Assist in the knowledge and skill development of new students to the Reef Conservation Course (both on land and while diving)
• Assisting on ongoing research and restoration projects
• Joining on activities sponsored by the Save Koh Tao Community Group (clean-ups, tree planting, fundraisers, etc)

Knowledge, skills, & experience requirements

• Love of nature and working outside
• Relevant College degree in marketing or past work in a related field
• Good communication skills and outgoing personality
• Computer literate, with knowledge of most of the following programs:
• Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Photoshop (or similar program)
• Joomla, or other PHP editor
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team
