If you are looking for more activity or to be located near the dive school we have wonderful Beachfront AC rooms, Hillside Fan rooms, Family AC Bungalow and Shared AC dorm rooms located right near the beach, in the Chalok Baan Kao Bay of Koh Tao.

There are some great bars and restaurants in this area so this location offers a contrast to peace and solitude of the Baan Talay Resort.

As well as being a great sunbathing beach, the Chalok bay also offer good snorkeling at the nearby Freedom Beach and Shark bay where you can see many of the marine wonders that has made Koh Tao so famous.  At the end of an active day of diving snorkeling, yoga or SUP you can you can take a cold beer and enjoy the tropical sunset at our amazing open air restaurant right on the beach.

The Koppee Espresso Bar & Restaurant is a great place to hang out. You can get great breakfast, lunch and dinner here with our extensive International and Thai Menu, enjoying a delicious meal right on the beach or take a swim in our infinity pool while drinking a cocktail, now you may be getting an idea of why we call our place New Heaven.

All our Beachfront rooms have sea views overlooking the serene and crescent shaped Chalok Bay. 
The rooms have air-condition, fan, private bathroom with hot water shower, minifridge and a queen sized bed.
The room overlook the beach, restaurant and swimmingpool, combining beautiful views, cleanliness, comfort and convenience.

Hillside

Our Hillside Rooms are designed for those seeking luxury on a budget. The rooms combine peace and quiet with comfortable living. These rooms are tucked up on the hill above Chalok Bay, and are well away from any road or other nighttime noise, but still only a 2-minute walk to the beach.
These rooms have fan, private bathroom with cold water shower and private balcony.

Family AC Seaview Bungalow

Our Family bungalow can sleep a family of 4 comfortably in two private rooms with great views over the Chalok bay. One of the rooms have double bed and the other room has 2 single beds.
An extra bed can be added for an additional cost.
Both rooms have large private bathrooms with hot water showers, cable-TV, minifridge and a large shared balcony where you can relax and enjoy the Sea View. This room type is ideal for a family or for friends sharing.
